U.S. Congresswoman Carolyn Maloney will run for the Democratic nomination to become the next U.S. Senator from New York taking of Kristen Gillibrand in primary. An aide announced that she is in and vowed that the Manhattan Congresswoman will take on the Senator.
The other news is that former President Bill Clinton will raise money for Maloney. In a slap in the face to the Obama White House, the former President will headline a July 20th fund raiser for Maloney.
