PBA President blasts Giuliani

Appearing on "Inside City Hall" Patrolmen's Benevolent Association President Pat Lynch told host Dominick Carter that Rudy Giuliani does not deserve to be the next President.

Lynch said: "He doesn't deserve to be president if he couldn't manage his own police department here. He took an awful lot of credit for the crime reduction in the city of New York; didn't give any to the city police officers, certainly didn't pay them".
